ABOUT ROLLSTRONG -

 Thank you for visiting www.ROLLSTRONG.net. I'm located in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 2007 I opened for business under the guidance of Tyler Nekoba of VIP ILLUMINATIONS LLC [www.vipilluminations.com]. As business grew and the demand for other automotive products grew, I've decided to move out of just automotive lighting and into performance parts and engines as well.

In the beginning it was all about Xenon HID conversion kits. Working with the largest Xenon HID and LED distributors in Hawaii, I was able to offer high quality Xenon HID kits as well as LEDs at affordable prices. My kits provide three times more visible light out put then your standard halogen bulb, which provide you with greater safety and visibility. ROLLSTRONG offers a wide range of LED bulbs. Both interior and exterior lighting which replace the standard filament bulbs. They provide vivid colors with brighter illuminations and less energy consumption. I also offer a 194 / 912 wedge style LED light. Perfect for license plate lights. These LED bulbs have had a zero percent failure rate till this day.

While based in Hawaii, it isn't the easiest but I do my best.

Ordering -
When placing the final order you will receive an email from sales@ROLLSTRONG.net to ensure proper part number is being ordered.

Ordering Methods -
-Email Orders - After you receive your quote for the products you wish to purchase. You will be emailed a copy of the sales invoice. If you wish to proceed with the order, your payment must be paid in full within 48 hours. (via PayPal, money order, check, or with cash [ if located on Oahu ] ) [ Please note that any check received will have to be cleared prior to placing order ]
* If you decide to pay with a method other then PayPal the 48 hour due date is null - Please specify in the email *
-Phone Orders - If phone order is placed. The buyer (you) assumes full responsibility for parts ordered. Any wrong parts ordered due to miscommunication are your responsibility. if a error was made with my vendor, we will work to correct the issue. To prevent the error of miscommunications I will request an email address. Should you fail to provide one or no have one, it is solely your responsibility and ROLLSTRONG.net will NOT be held liable.
 
HID Warranty -

The goal here at ROLLSTRONG is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. With our hassle free warranty program, I feel it will greatly help push the customer experience in the right direction.

If any of my HID products fail within the first two (2) years from date of purchase, I will gladly replace the product free of charge. If you're located on Oahu, Hawaii. Please call SCOTT @ (808) 216.2415. If you purchased the product through the store, email scott@ROLLSTRONG.net. I feel this significantly helps reduce the turn around time. You do not need to box the defective product, mail it back to the manufacturer, and then wait for the product to return.
